Who we are. GroundFloor Miami is a service of Luxe Living Realty, a licensed Florida real estate brokerage. By creating an account you are entering a broker–consumer relationship with Luxe Living Realty for the purpose of searching for real estate. That does not oblige you to buy, rent or sign anything with us.

Your use. You are using this site for your own real estate decisions: buying, selling or renting a home or investment for yourself. You will not copy, resell, republish, scrape or share the listing or sold data, or use it for any commercial purpose.

The data. Listing and sold information comes from the MIAMI REALTORS® MLS. It is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and may be incomplete or out of date. The MLS and its participants own it. Verify anything that matters with us before you sign.

Your account. Keep your password to yourself; accounts are for one person. We may ask you to sign in again or re-accept these terms from time to time, and the MLS may review how this site uses its data.

Your information. We use what you give us to help you search and to contact you. We don't sell it, and we don't pass it to a developer without your OK. See our Privacy Policy. To close your account, email info@groundfloorfl.com.
