groundfloorfl.com (“GroundFloor Miami”) is operated by Shawn Williamson LLC, Miami Beach, Florida (“we”, “us”). GroundFloor Miami is an independent buyer’s guide to Miami new-construction and resale residences. It is not operated by, or affiliated with, any developer.

Information we collect

When you submit a form we collect the details you enter: name, email, phone number, the residences you are interested in, budget, timing, financing and agent status, and any message. If you save residences to My list, that list is stored in your own browser. We also collect standard technical data such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location from your IP address.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry and prepare the residence information you request.
To contact you by email or phone, and by text message only if you opted in.
To schedule and confirm appointments.
To improve this site.

Text messaging

If you tick the text-message box on our form, or agree in our chat, we may send you text messages about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run this site and respond to you (such as our hosting, CRM and messaging providers), with a developer’s sales team only when you ask us to arrange a visit or reservation, or when required by law. These providers may use it only to provide their service to us.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@groundfloorfl.com. Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
