Aria Reserve Skyclub

The third and final phase of Melo's Aria Reserve on the bay, planned as about 430 condos averaging roughly 1,400 sq ft, one to three bedrooms, with offices and shops at the base. Plans went to Miami's Urban Development Review Board in June 2025, and no groundbreaking date has been announced. Melo has delivered the earlier Aria towers next door, which is the track record to check.GroundFloor notes · Oct 30, 2026

What could go wrong

  • Not under construction yet. Ask for the building permit and the construction loan before you deposit.

The view

We haven't screened the lots around Aria Reserve Skyclub yet. A neighbour isn't always a deal-breaker: Brickell buyers still bought at Flatiron, SLS Lux and The Bond with towers all around. What matters is knowing which lines keep the view before you pick one.
